Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Lowfat chicken broth
  • 8 ounce No salt added tomato sauce
  • 1 c. Minced onions
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh ginger root, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 c. Orange marmalade
  • 1/4 c. Major Grey Mango Chutney
  • 1/2 c. Golden brown raisins
  • 4 x Boned and skinned chicken breast halves
  • 2 c. Long-grain white rice, cooked

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients, except rice, in 5 qt crockpot. Cook on low setting for 8-10 hrs.
  2. Cook rice on stovetop according to package directions. Serve cooked chicken curry with cooked rice.
