Ingredientes

  • 2 x Carrots sliced
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano opt.
  • 2 x Garlic clove chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Dry basil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 lb Shrimp, raw shelled
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 c. Rice cooked

Direcciones

  1. Put chicken and all remaining ingreds. (EXCEPT SHRIMP AND RICE) in crockpot.
  2. Cover pot. Cook on low 4 to 5 hrs, or possibly on high 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. Place shrimp and rice in slow-cooker. Cover pot. Cook on High for 35 min.
