Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil 375 degrees in deep fryer. Stir together flour, salt and pepper. Coat seafood with flour mix. Dip into beaten Large eggs, then coat with bread crumbs. Fry in deep oil till golden.
  2. If using self-rising flour, decrease salt to 1/2 tsp.. 1 pound shrimp 12 ounce. scallops 1 pt. oysters 1 pt. clams Cooking time: 2 to 3 min 3 to 4 min 2 to 3 min 2 to 3 min
