Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Butter, softened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 ounce (2 squares) unsweetened chocolate, Melted and cooled
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Minced walnuts
  • 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 c. Butter, softened
  • 1 x To 2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x To 3 Tbsp. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. COOKIES:Cookies:Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, beat brown sugar and 1/2 c. butter till light and fluffy. Add in 1 teaspoon vanilla, chocolate and egg; blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring c.; level off. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add in dry ingredients and lowfat sour cream to chocolate mix; mix well. Stir in walnuts.
  2. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2" apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10 to 14 min or possibly till set. Cold 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. Cold completely.
  3. Frosting:In a small bowl, combine all frosting ingredients, adding sufficient lowfat milk for desired spreading consistency; blend till smooth. Spread on cooled cookies. Allow frosting to set before storing.
