Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced green bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced celery
  • 1 lb Lump crab meat picked over
  • 1 Tbsp. Creole mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs Bayou Blast - (Emeril's Creole Seasoning) see * Note
  • 4 x Cleaned-out crab shells Minced parsley for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a small skillet heat oil and saute/fry onion, green pepper and celery till tender; cold.
  3. In a small bowl combine vegetables with remaining ingredients, season to taste with Bayou Blast and stuff into shells. Bake till warm, 20 min. Serve garnished with parsley.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
