"Dip" (For Those Special Occasions)

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can minced water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable dip
  • 2 to 3 minced scallions
  • 1 loaf of rounded dark bread

Direcciones

  1. STEP 1: Cook and thoroughly drain spinach.
  2. STEP 2: Chop scallions and water chestnuts and mix with liquid removed spinach.
  3. STEP 3: Add in lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and vegetable dip. Stir together and chill.
  4. STEP 4: Take bread and slice off the very top to give the appearance of a bowl with cover.
  5. STEP 5: Scoop out the bread inside and save the pcs to use with the dip.
  6. STEP 6: Fill the bread "bowl" with the dip and surround it with the pcs of bread. Serve!
