Easy Mushroom Crescent Snacks

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. (12 ounce.) finely minced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 8 ounce. can Pillsbury refrigerated dinner rolls
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 2 tbsp. finely minced onion
  • 3 ounce. pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown mushrooms in butter. Stir in garlic pwdr, onion, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; cook till liquid evaporates. Set aside. Separate dough into 2 long rectangles. Place in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan; press over bottom and 1/4 inch up sides to create crust. Spread cream cheese over dough. Top with mushroom mix; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till golden. Cold; cut into small squares or possibly triangles. Serve hot. To make ahead, prepare, cover and chill up to 2 hrs. Bake as directed. Makes 24 snacks.
