If you ever see me going to work, leaving the house or really doing anything you’ll notice I always have a certain bag with. I’m sure people have wondered what I carry around in that bag. Is it treats? Is it games? Is it just a really large purse? Is it a diaper bag?
I’ll let you in on a little secret. It’s cookbooks. How lame is that? I seriously have a bag with a cookbook, recipe cut out etc in it and I take it pretty much everywhere. Said bag also houses my planner and notebook in case I have a sudden recipe inspiration because one never knows when that is going to happen.
I used to write on scraps of papers when I had a thought or when I was creating a recipe in my kitchen. It kicked my in the butt one to many times. I’d create this great recipe, write it all done, take pictures and then later I’d go to edit pictures and write a post only to find the recipe is gone. Poof! Disappeared. This is quite a terrible event in my life. In order to prevent that I asked my hubs for a planner and matching notebook for Christmas and he came through. It’s a marvelous thing. Next I need the matching bag to carry them around in!
