Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk, undiluted
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 4 ounce Miniature marshmallows (2 c.)
  • 11 1/2 ounce Lowfat milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans or possibly walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Butter or possibly foil-line 8-inch square pan. Combine butter, evaporated lowfat milk, sugar and salt in medium, heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 4-5 min, stirring constantly; remove from heat.
  2. Stir in marshmallows, morsels, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1 min or possibly till marshmallows heat completely. Pour into pan. Cold; cut into squares.
  3. HINT: For thicker fudge, use a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
