Fish Cutlets With Curry Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 x Onion, sliced thickly from top to base
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 8 x Candlenuts, minced into 8 pcs
  • 1 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 2 tsp Light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 c. Water
  • 4 x Fish cutlets, (fillets)
  • 2 x Spring onions, minced

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in frying pan, add in onions, stir-fry till tender. Add in ginger, candlenuts and curry pwdr, stir-fry over low heat for 3 min.
  2. Add in soy sauce, lemon juice and water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 min.
  3. Add in fish cutlets in single layer, cover, simmer for 5 min on each side or possibly till just cooked through.
  4. NOTE: Any white fish cutlets or possibly fillets are suitable for use with this recipe.
