Ingredientes

  • 3 1/2 c. Minced onion, divided
  • 1 c. Minced green pepper
  • 20 ml Garlic, chopped
  • 1 lb Grnd round
  • 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Dry whole marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1 stk cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 can Whole tomatoes - undrained, minced
  • 4 1/2 c. Warm cooked spaghetti
  • 3/4 c. Shredded reduced fat cheddar, cheese
  • 36 x Oyster crackers

Direcciones

  1. Coat a large Dutch oven with cooking spray; place over medium- high heat till warm. Add in 2 c. onion and the next 3 ingredients; cook till meat is browned, stirring to crumble.
  2. Add in grnd cinnamon and next 7 ingredients. Cook 1 minute. Add in salt and pepper and tomatoes; simmer, uncovered 20 min.
  3. To serve, arrange spaghetti on individual serving plates. Spoon chili over spaghetti, top with cheese and remaining 1 1/2 c. onions. Serve with crackers.
