Receta Fresh Fruit With Strawberry Sauce

Ingredientes

1 c. Frzn unsweetened whole strawberries, thawed 2 tsp Sugar 1/4 tsp Grated orange rind

2 c. Orange sections, (6 oranges) 1 c. Cubed peeled kiwi fruit, (3 kiwi fruit)

Direcciones

1. Place the first 3 ingredients in a blender, and process till smooth; set sauce aside.
2. Yield: 4 servings.
3. NOTES : To serve, spoon 1/2 c. orange sections and 1/4 c. kiwifruit into each of 4 small bowls; top each serving with 3 Tbsp. sauce.
