Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Captain Crunch, crushed
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 x egg yolks
  • 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, heat & cold
  • 2 x egg whites, stiffly beaten

Direcciones

  1. For crumb crust, combine crushed cereal, brown sugar and margarine. Press half of mix into ungreased 8x8-inch pan. Refrigerateabout 1 hour. Set aside remaining crumb mix for topping.
  2. Soften ice cream; spread over crumb crust. Freeze till hard.
  3. For chocolate layer, beat margarine and powdered sugar till creamy. Blend in egg yolks and chocolate. Mix in beaten egg whites. Spread proportionately over ice cream layer. Sprinkle with remaining crumb crust. Freeze several hrs or possibly overnight.
  4. 9 servings.
