Ingredientes

  • Creamy Fudge Nut Filling
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 c. quick rolled oats, uncooked
  • 1 (12 ounce) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pcs
  • 1 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 c. minced nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Cream together butter and sugar. Fold in large eggs and vanilla.Sift together flour, soda and salt; stir in rolled oats. Add in dry ingredients to creamed mix. Set aside while you make filling.
  2. In a saucepan over boiling water, mix together chocolate pcs, sweetened condensed lowfat milk, butter and salt. Stir till mix is smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla.
  3. Spread about 2/3 of oatmeal mix in bottom of greased 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 1" jelly roll pan. Cover with chocolate mix. Dot with remainder of oatmeal mix and swirl it over chocolate filling.
  4. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly till golden brown. Makes 60 (2"x1") bars.
