Ginisang Patola with Misua

Ingredientes

  • 1 big sized patola
  • 100 grams Chicken cut into small cubes
  • 100 grams shrimp, shelled
  • 2 thin rolls misua (noodles)
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. fish sauce (patis)
  • 4 cups water w/shrimp juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. Canola oil

Direcciones

  1. Peel patola, slice into thick roll pieces. Set aside.
  2. Saute garlic until brown, add onion and when wilted add chicken
  3. Saute for 2 minutes, add 1/2 cup water. Cover.
  4. Cook until chicken meat in tender.
  5. Add shrimp juice. Stir gently until it boils.
  6. Add patola
  7. When patola is almost done, and misua.
  8. Boil for 2 minutes and serve hot.
