Ingredientes

1 1/2 lb grnd lean chuck
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1 Tbsp. instant onion

1 1/2 tsp salt Pepper if preferred
1 1/4 c. crushed corn flakes

Direcciones

Mix all ingredients together and grill over a charcoal fire.
