Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 21 crackers)
  • 3/4 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 2/3 c. butter or possibly margarine , melted
  • 1 pkt 2-layer-size yellow or possibly white cake mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. veg. oil
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 x recipe powdered sugar icing (recipe follows)

Direcciones

  1. For streusel, in a medium mixing bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, minced pecans or possibly walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted margarine or possibly butter. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, water, veg. oil, and Large eggs. Beat on low speed with an electric mixer just until moistened.
  2. Pour half of the batter into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with half of the streusel mix. Carefully spread remaining batter over streusel; sprinkle with remaining streusel. Bake in 3500F. oven for 35 to 40 min or possibly until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cold slightly; drizzle with Powered Sugar Icing. Serve hot.
  3. Makes 12 to 16servings.
  4. Powdered Sugar Icing:In a small mixing bowl stir together:1 c. sifted powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla and sufficient water until of drizzling consistency.
