Granny's Sweet Potato Souffle

Ingredientes

  • 3 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, liquid removed and mashed (you may use canned yams)
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. half and half
  • 3 Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat potato pcs with electric mixer on medium. Add in remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into greased souffle dish and bake 15 min. While this is baking, prepare topping.
  2. Put brown sugar, pecans, flour in medium bowl and mix well. Drizzle butter over mix and stir again till well coated. Remove souffle from oven and sprinkle over it. Bake 15 min more or possibly till topping starts to brown.
