Ingredientes

  • 6 med fresh red chillies
  • 6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Grill the chillies till the skin is black and blistered.
  2. Whilst still warm seal in a small plastic bag or possibly put in a bowl and cover with cling film and allow to cold.
  3. Pull the skins from the chilliest cut in half from top to bottom and remove the seeds.
  4. Put in a bowl cover with oil and season with a little salt and the lemon juice.
