Ingredientes

  • 1 - 1 1/4 c. brown sugar or possibly part honey
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 4 egg whites (equivalent of egg substitute)
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
  • 3 c. flour, half whole wheat & half unbleached
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 c. oatmeal & granola
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins, boiled in small amount water
  • 12 ounce. pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1 c. minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Mix well and drop by tsp. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
