Ingredientes

  • 1 (14 ounce.) can hearts of palm, cut into 1 inch slices
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 tbsp. minced pimento
  • 1/4 c. minced pecans, salted
  • 1 tbsp. Cointreau, or possibly other orange liqueur
  • Crisp chilled Bibb lettuce c. for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Drain vegetables and saute/fry in butter with pimento and pecans till just heated through. Add in Cointreau and stir to blend. Serve warm on chilled lettuce c. (contrast warm and cool adds to flavor).
