Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound fresh or possibly frzn seafood (fish, scallops, shrimp, crab, etc.)
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound frzn tater tots or possibly rounds

Direcciones

  1. Place seafood in baking dish. Combine soup, lowfat sour cream, onion, horseradish and paprika. Pour over the seafood and put potatoes on top. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 min till seafood is cooked.
