Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce water
  • 4 ounce lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 x egg beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. bread flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp dry onion

Direcciones

  1. All ingredients to be at room temperature (70 to 80 degrees). Use breadmaker's Dough setting Measure all ingredients for the dough into the bread pan. Select DOUGH setting. Press START button. When cycle is complete remove dough.
  2. In a small bowl combine Herb Mix ingredients in the order listed. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Divide dough into 12 to 16 equal parts and roll into balls. Dip each ball into the herb mix and arrange in greased loaf pan. Cover with cloth and let rise in a draft-free place till doubled in size (about 30 to 35 min). Bake for 25 to 30 min or possibly till golden.
  3. This recipe yields 12 to 16 rolls.
