Ingredientes

  • 1 c. raw millet
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 lb hard tofu (Mori-Nu Lite)
  • 2 c. minced spinach
  • 1 sm onion chopped
  • 2 x cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dry thyme
  • 1/2 tsp fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp fresh tarragon
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry chopped onion and garlic in a saucepan sprayed lightly with vegetable oil. Add in herbs and then millet. Saute/fry briefly. Add in water and bring to a simmer. Simmer 25 min. Add in tofu and spinach and simmer 5 more min.
