Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1 1/3 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 c. Nuts, preferably hickory nuts Confectioner's sugar

Direcciones

  1. Cream sugar, butter & egg. Sift flour with baking pwdr & salt. Combine flour with creamed mix & add in nuts. Line 9-inch pie tin with paper.
  2. Spread batter & smooth out. Bake at 350 for about 25 min. Cut in long, narrow stript while still hot & roll in confectioner's sugar.
