Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 1/4 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/4 c. raisins

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside. Combine Large eggs and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; add in flour mix, stirring just till moistened. Mix in pecans, coconut and raisins.
  2. Pour batter into a greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan 10 min; remove from pan and cold completely on a wire rack. Yield: 1 loaf.
