Ingredientes

  • 1 c. water
  • Sugar substitute = 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. fresh cranberries
  • 1 c. minced pared apple
  • 1 c. pineapple tidbits, liquid removed
  • 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 c. minced English walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Put water and cranberries in saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook till skins pop. Turn off heat; drain. Add in remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Refrigerateprior to serving. Yield: 9 (1/2 c.) servings. Exchanges: 1/2 fruit and 1 fat. Calories: 65. 100 g = 5 cholesterol, 0 protein, 5 fat. Low sodium (3-4 gm Na) : OK. Low cholesterol: OK
