Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 1/2 c. onions, minced
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1 x egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 x tomatoes, sliced
- 1 c. cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- In 10" skillet, cook and stir meat & onions till brown.
- Beat rest of ingredients, except cheese and tomatoes.
- Add in all ingredients in ovenproof pan. Cook for 15 min, test for doneness.
- Place cheese and tomatoes on top and cook for 5 to 8 min more.
- Cold for 5 min before serving.
