Italian White Bean Turkey Soup With Sage

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Garlic clove sliced wafer thin
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh sage
  • 1 can Cannelini beans - (19 ounce) pureed with
  • 4 c. Chicken broth
  • 2 c. Cubed cooked turkey
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan. Add in garlic and saute/fry over low heat till garlic turns golden brown. Add in sage and saute/fry a few seconds, then add in pureed beans and broth. Bring to a simmer and add in turkey; simmer a few min to heat turkey through. Add in lemon juice, off heat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
