Ingredientes

  • Ice cubes as needed
  • 3/4 prt almond syrup - (to 1 part)
  • 1 prt Ricard pastis Soda as needed

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice. Add in almond syrup, pastis, and soda. Transfer to a shaker glass. Pour back into glass. Serve immediately.

  3. Comments: Pastis is traditionally served in heavy-bottomed drinking glasses, along with a carafe of water. Some brands of pastis are made without sugar; the drink is then served with a filigree spoon on that a cube of sugar is placed, and the pastis is poured over it into the glass. Pastis, once opened, can be stored for up to a year so long as it is tightly capped.
