Lamb Chops With Rosemary And Lemon

Ingredientes

  • 8 x lean lamb chops
  • 25 gm butter garlic salt freshly grnd black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary or possibly 1 tbsp dry rosemary
  • 1 x juice of 1 lemon

Direcciones

  1. Put the chops in a ovenproof dishTop with knobs of butter and add in garlic salt and pepper Sprinkle with the rosemary and squeeze the lemon juice over the chops
  2. Cover the dish with foil and cook in a preheated oven 200C 400F gas mark 6 for 30 min
  3. Remove the foil and return the dish to the oven for a further 510 min until the chops are tender Serve garnished with extra sprigs of fresh rosemary and lemon wedges if liked
  4. Serves 4
  5. If you don t like rosemary substitute it with crushed garlic
