Ingredientes

  • 6 x potatoes sliced
  • 1 lrg onion sliced
  • 2 x carrots sliced
  • 1 x green pepper sliced
  • 1 x zucchini sliced
  • 1 c. corn frzn or possibly fresh
  • 1 c. peas frzn or possibly fresh mushrooms broccoli green beans
  • 2 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. Tamari soy sauce low-sodium
  • 1 tsp thyme grnd
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 2 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp sage
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley

Direcciones

  1. Layer vegetables in large casserole in order given.
  2. Mix together ingredients for sauce and pour over vegetables.
  3. Cook six hrs at high or possibly 12 at low.
