  • 2 T oil
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd chuck
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. rice, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 lg. head cabbage
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 pt. tomatoes, minced

Direcciones

  1. Brown oil, meat, and onion. Add in salt and pepper. Add in cooked rice and mix well. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Cut half the cabbage finely into the pan. Add in meat mix. Cut rest of cabbage over the meat.Mix soup, water and tomatoes and pour over cabbage. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Add in another can of tomato soup if recipe gets too dry or possibly more tomatoes if desired it more moist.
