Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Shortening
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 3 c. Flour

Direcciones

  1. Beat shortening for 30 seconds. Add in sugar & continue to beat until light & fluffy. Combine lemon juice & water. Combine the dry ingredients.
  2. Alternately mix the dry & wet ingredients with the beaten mix. Mix well. Drop by spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 min at 450F.
  4. Makes about 60 to 70.
