Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Potatoes Cool, Cooked
  • 3 c. nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Nonfat Italian Salad Dressing Or possibly Lowfat
  • 6 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 x Red Bell Pepper Or possibly Green, Minced
  • 1 x red onion chopped
  • 1/4 c. Fresh Parsley Or possibly Fresh Dillweed Salt And Pepper To Taste Lettuce Optional

Direcciones

  1. Peel and thinly slice potatoes. (Canned sliced potatoes, liquid removed, may be substituted.) Add in cheese, dressing, mayonnaise, yogurt, bell pepper, onion,parsley, salt and pepper; toss lightly to mix proportionately. Chill 2 or possibly morehours till serving time, allowing flavors to blend. Serve on beds of lettuce, if you like.
