Ingredientes

  • 1 can Refried beans, 16 ounce can
  • 1 pkt Cream cheese, 8 ounce. size
  • 1 can Your favorite chili, 16 ounce size
  • 1 pkt Shredded cheddar cheese, 8 ounce size
  • 1 pkt Shredded Monterey jack cheese, 8 ounce. size
  • 1 bag your favorite tortilla chips or possibly fritos

Direcciones

  1. Spread beans in bottom of 9" deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle some cheddar and jack cheese, about 4 ounce.of each. Slice cream cheese thinly and lay out as a layer over beans and cheeses. Pour over 1 can of your favorite chili, or possibly home made.Top with remaining cheeses. Microwave on High power 5 min or possibly til bubbly and heated through. Serve with chips.
  2. Toss in some green chile peppers and minced fresh tomatoes under the chili layer if you like. (my kids are picky..LOL )
