Ingredientes

  • 2 - 2 1/2 pound lobsters, steamed or possibly boiled
  • 1 c. bechamel or possibly white sauce, at room temperature
  • 1 c. seasoned flour (salt & pepper or possibly your choice)
  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. bred crumbs
  • 2 c. extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Cut the tail on the bias to 1/4" slices. Place on a sheet pan. Cut remaining lobster into bite size pcs and mix with sauce. Put a dollop of sauce on each slice of lobster.
  2. Chill slices for at least 2 hrs. Bread lobster pcs. First flour, then egg, then crumbs. Fry in warm extra virgin olive oil till golden brown on both sides. Oil must be 325 degrees.
