%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBacking%20up%20to%20this%20morning,%20I%20discovered%20that%20two%20wrongs%20can%20make%20a%20right.%20%20The%20fact%20that%20I%20woke%20up%20after%2010am%20made%20it%20way%20less%20weird%20that%20I%20started%20my%20%E2%80%9Cmorning%E2%80%9D%20by%20popping%20a%20Rolo%20pretzel%20bite%20into%20my%20mouth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOne%20of%20the%20boys%20brought%20the%20bites%20to%20Poker%20last%20night,%20thanks%20Patrick%20and%20Michelle!%20%20I%E2%80%99d%20be%20feeling%20slightly%20more%20grateful%20if%20said%20poker%20game%20hadn%E2%80%99t%20run%20past%201am,%20but%20what%20can%20you%20do?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20continued%20the%20theme%20with%20a%20Zone%20Perfect%20Cashew%20Pretzel%20Bar%20for%20breakfast.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20were%20in%20the%20car%20because%20Webster%20has%20chewed%20through%20every%20single%20one%20of%20his%20toys%20in%20record%20time%20and%20we%20needed%20to%20make%20an%20emergency%20run%20to%20PetSmart.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20Adam%20and%20a%20friend%20went%20to%20see%20a%20movie%20and%20I%20joined%20them%20for%20a%20trip%20to%20the%20mall!%20%E2%80%9CMission%20Impossible%20%232,458%E2%80%9D%20took%20a%20little%20over%202%20hours%20so%20I%20had%20plenty%20of%20time%20to%20mall-walk.%20%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20snap%20any%20pictures,%20but%20I%20do%20have%20a%20couple%20of%20take-away%20tips:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20samples%20at%20The%20Gourmet%20Chef%20are%20out%20of%20control%20while%20they%20roll%20out%20new%20products%20for%20the%20new%20year.%20%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20snap%20any%20pictures%20for%20stealth%E2%80%99s%20sake,%20but%20I%20ate%20at%20least%20a%20mini%20meal%E2%80%99s%20worth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBath%20and%20Body%20Works%20is%20having%20a%20gigantic%20sale%20right%20now.%20%20I%20snagged%20some%20great%20smelling%20hand%20soaps%20for%20less%20than%20$3%20a%20pop.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20my%20loop,%20I%20settled%20in%20with%20a%20book%20for%20lunch.%20%20Lunch%E2%80%99s%20location%20was%20an%20unexpected%20bonus%20%E2%80%93%20Five%20Guys!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFive%20Guys%E2%80%99%20fries%20make%20the%20top%2020%20list%20of%20things%20I%20miss%20most%20about%20living%20in%20Brooklyn.%20%20They%20did%20not%20disappoint%20today%20either.%20%20Squishy%20yet%20crispy,%20a%20proper%20amount%20of%20salt,%20and%20with%20the%20option%20of%20endless%20bottles%20of%20malt%20vinegar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20ordered%20a%20medium%20but%20that%20bag%20was%20basically%20stuffed%20to%20the%20brim!%20%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20finish%20them%20all,%20but%20I%20did%20a%20good%20enough%20job%20to%20make%20myself%20a%20little%20ill.%20%20Totally%20worth%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20also%20got%20a%20veggie%20sandwich.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20veggie%20option%20is%20basically%20just%20a%20hamburger%20bun%20with%20any/all%20of%20the%20available%20toppings.%20%20You%20can%20also%20get%20it%20with%20cheese.%20%20I%20ordered%20mine%20with%20mayo,%20lettuce,%20tomato,%20saut%C3%A9ed%20onions%20and%20mushrooms,%20and%20jalapenos%20that%20I%20eventually%20admitted%20defeat%20to%20and%20peeled%20off.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20passed%20the%20lunch%20hour%20munching%20and%20reading%20(my%20fourth%20Kathy%20Reichs%20book%20this%20week)%20and%20it%20was%20just%20great.%20%20This%20afternoon%20brought%20more%20of%20the%20same,%20only%20this%20time%20the%20dog%20read%20with%20me.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELove%20him!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDinner%20was%20easy.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20salad%20of%20Romaine,%20chopped%20celery,%20tomato,%20and%201.5%20Tbsp%20of%20peanut%20sauce,%20topped%20with%20some%20leftover%20chicken%20(cooked%20in%20the%20crockpot%20with%20a%20gooseberry%20sauce%20from%20back%20home,%20then%20shredded).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20an%20onion%20roll%20with%20a%20bit%20of%20SmartBalance%20Light.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20watched%20the%20impossibly%20sad%20returning%20episode%20of%20%E2%80%9CGrey%E2%80%99s%E2%80%9D%20while%20we%20ate.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20I%20ate%20a%20Pep%20Bar%20(the%20British/Canadian%20version%20of%20a%20York%20Peppermint%20Patty)%20for%20dessert.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20I%E2%80%99m%20looking%20forward%20to%20cuddling%20with%20the%20husband%20and%20catching%20up%20on%20Private%20Practice%20and%20Modern%20Family%20as%20well,%20with%20big%20bowls%20of%20popcorn%20in%20our%20laps.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efive%20questions%20for%20Friday%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHave%20you%20seen%20%E2%80%9CMallrats%E2%80%9D%20yet?%20%20Favorite%20scene?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEver%20been%20to%20a%20Five%20Guys?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20do%20you%20dip%20your%20fries%20in?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDo%20you%20partake%20in%20store%20samples?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHave%20you%20read%20any%20of%20Kathy%20Reich%E2%80%99s%20books?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
