Ingredientes

  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 lb sugar
  • 400 gm yellow corn flour
  • 100 gm wheat flour
  • 10 x Large eggs
  • 3 tsp baking pwdr
  • 4 shot aguardiente or possibly rum

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugar to a creamy consistency. Gradually incorporate Large eggs, one at a time. Add in the flour and the baking pwdr slowly to blend. Finally add in the aguardiente and mix thoroughly. Bake for 30-60 min in a baking pan.
