Ingredientes

  • 1 x 18.25-oz yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. cider
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. reduced-fat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. diced apples
  • 2 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 4 Tbsp. dry instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix cake mix with cider, water, oil and Large eggs in large bowl. Mix at low speed till moistened.
  3. Add in lowfat sour cream and mix about 4 min. Stir in diced apples.
  4. Make streusel mix.
  5. Mix all ingredients together with fork till crumbly.
  6. Spray Bundt cake pan with nonstick vegetable spray. Begin with streusel mix; layer with cake batter and streusel mix till batter is finished.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 60 min. Carefully remove cake from pan onto plate.
  8. Make butter frosting.
  9. Soften butter; add in sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add in lowfat milk and beat till smooth. Add in additional lowfat milk, if needed, to make thin frosting. Drizzle frosting over hot cake.
