Merguez Sausages With Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. flat parsley minced
  • 2 Tbsp. oregano minced
  • 2 Tbsp. coriander minced
  • 4 clv garlic peeled and minced
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed (dry) chillies
  • 4 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 900 gm merguez sausages

Direcciones

  1. Combine everything (apart from the sausages) and season to taste.
  2. Allow to stand for at least an hour.
  3. Cook the merguez on the barbecue for 15 to 20 min turning till done.
  4. Serve warm with chimichurri.
