- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add in pasta and cook till tender but still hard to the bite, 8 to 10 min.
- Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil for a few seconds, add in oregano, chiles, corn and pimientos and bring to a simmer. Add in some chicken broth to moisten and keep hot, till the pasta is done.
- Drain pasta and return to pot, off heat. Add in corn sauce and salsa to taste. Sprinkle with tabasco and mix with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
