Ingredientes

  • 1 cut up chicken or possibly 2 Packages chicken breasts
  • 1 pound link sausage
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • 1 can mushrooms (optional)
  • 2 cans beef gravy
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • Regular white rice
  • Cajun seasoning or possibly season salt

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Salt and pepper chicken pcs (garlic pwdr optional). Brown in large Dutch oven or possibly roasting pan in 2 Tbsp. of oil on top of stove. Cut link sausage into bite sized pcs, add in to chicken and cook till done. Add in diced green onions (bulb and stems) and mushrooms, cook for 5 min.
  2. Add in gravy. Using gravy can as measuring can, add in 2 cans of water and 2 cans of white rice. Stir and heat for a few min. Season to taste. Cover and bake in preheated oven for approximately 1 hour. Serve with tossed salad and bread.
