Ingredientes

  • 6 med. yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Cook squash in small amount of water in covered container till tender. Drain. Mix all ingredients, reserving a small amount of cheese and cracker crumbs for top. Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with reserved cracker crumbs and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 min or possibly till slightly brown on top.
