New York Strip Steak With Whiskey Mushroom Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce NY strip steak
  • 2 ounce shitake mushrooms sliced
  • 2 ounce button mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 3 x garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • 2 ounce whiskey

Direcciones

  1. Grill steak to desired doneness.
  2. In the meantime, in a saute/fry pan, heat the margarine and add in the garlic. Then add in the mushrooms and herbs. Saute/fry lightly over medium-high heat for about 1 to 2 min. Remove the pan from the heat and carefully add in the whiskey. (Be careful not to flame.) Cook for another minute and top steak with sauce.
