Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 5 x -6 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  •     Cinnamon to taste (optional)
  • 1 c. heavy cream, lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt, to taste
  • 2 x Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together flour and sugar. Cut in butter till mix resembles coarse meal. Press into 9-10 inch pie plate. Arrange peaches over crust and sprinkle with 3/4 c. sugar and cinnamon. Bake 15 min.
  2. With a fork or possibly whisk, beat together cream and Large eggs. Remove crostada from oven.
  3. Pour over egg mix. Bake for 30 min. Serve hot. Don't chill.
