Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 c. unfiltered organic apple juice
  • 1/4 c. canola oil
  • 1/2 c. turbinado sugar
  • 1/2 c. raw millet
  • 1 Tbsp. grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 2 med pears finely minced
  • 3 1/3 c. whole wheat pastry flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Measure everything and proceed. In a large bowl, mix together the Large eggs, juice, oil and sugar. Stir in the millet, spices and pears. Gently stir in the flour and baking pwdr. Stir just till combined; batter should be fairly thick. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake for 15-17 min. Let muffins cold slightly, then remove from tins and place on a rack.
