  • 8 ounces Spaghetti
  • 8 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (finely grated) + for additional serving
  • 1 ladle pasta water
  • pinch of salt and white pepper
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves

Direcciones

  1. Boil Spaghetti (in salted water) until al dente, drain and place in a mixing bowl while still warm add parmesan cheese, sliced bell pepper and toss
  2. Add salt, pepper to taste, pepperoni slices and gently toss again
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl
  4. Enjoy!
