Ingredientes

  • 1 box matza ball mix
  • 1/2 c. Matza meal
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Water

Direcciones

  1. Combine contents of the mix with the matza meal. Add in Large eggs and mix well.
  2. Stir oil into the matza meal mix. Add in salt and blend. Add in water to the mix. Mix well. Chill mix for one hour. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Form mix into balls and drop into boiling water. Cover the pot and cook balls for 30 min. (My old recipe says not to lift the lid of the pot for ten min after turning off the heat.)
