Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 4 ounce. diced green chilies, well liquid removed
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounce. minced black olives, well liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. minced green onion
  • Garlic pwdr to taste
  • Seasoned salt to taste
  • 5 (10") flour tortillas

Direcciones

  1. Mix all filling ingredients together thoroughly. Divide the filling and spread proportionately over the tortillas; roll up tortillas. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, twisting ends; chill several hrs. Unwrap, cut in slices 1/2" to 3/4" thick. Throw away ends. Put on serving plate and serve with a small bowl of salsa if you like.
